Looking for a unique and fun night out? Our beginner bonsai workshops are just the thing! Bring your friends, grab a drink, and dive into the captivating art of bonsai. We're taking bonsai out of traditional gardens and into your favorite bars, breweries, and coffee houses. Join us for a night of creativity, learning, and enjoyment.
Our expert instructors will guide you through the fundamental skills and techniques of bonsai. You'll learn to pot, prune, and craft your very own bonsai tree, all while enjoying a lively atmosphere. Bonsai-pétit!
EVENT ARRIVAL
To begin our workshop on time, please arrive at least 15minutes before your event to ensure your group can sit together, order food and drink, and get checked-in!

Dovetail Brewery specializes in continental European styles & traditional methods. Focusing on continental European styles and traditional methods, each Dovetail beer is handcrafted to play on all the senses. After opening our doors in June 2016, Dovetail was named one of Beer Advocate’s 34 Best New Breweries in the US.
