WORKSHOP SUMMARY
Looking for a creative and inspiring night out? Our Bonsai 102 workshops are the perfect blend of learning, design, and chill vibes. Whether you’ve joined us before or you’re ready to go beyond the basics, this next-level session is designed to deepen your understanding of bonsai as a living art form.
Grab a drink, bring a friend, and explore the principles of bonsai aesthetics, plant physiology, and structural design. You’ll work with a larger tree, practice wiring techniques, and learn how to elevate your bonsai’s final look with moss styling and thoughtful presentation. You do NOT have to take 101 Beginner Bonsai to enjoy this deeper dive!
EVENT ARRIVAL
To begin our workshop on time, please arrive at least 15minutes before your event to ensure your group can sit together, order food and drink, and get checked-in!

WORKSHOP DETAILS
Off Color Brewing says "At some point John and Dave were born. They met while both studied at the oldest and most respected brewing school (of the two...and by the brewers that went to the one) in the US, the Siebel Institute, in 2008 and the brewery was envisioned while they both interned at Metropolitan Brewing afterwards. Most of Off Color's business plan is based off of Doug and Tracy at Metro knowing what they're doing, so you should go buy some of their beer too. After cutting their teeth at larger breweries, the two somehow convinced enough otherwise-very-smart-people to invest enough money for them
