Looking for a unique and fun night out? Our beginner bonsai workshops are just the thing! Bring your friends, grab a drink, and dive into the captivating art of bonsai. We're taking bonsai out of traditional gardens and into your favorite bars, breweries, and coffee houses. Join us for a night of creativity, learning, and enjoyment.
Our expert instructors will guide you through the fundamental skills and techniques of bonsai. You'll learn to pot, prune, and craft your very own bonsai tree, all while enjoying a lively atmosphere. Bonsai-pétit!
EVENT ARRIVAL
To begin our workshop on time, please arrive at least 15minutes before your event to ensure your group can sit together, order food and drink, and get checked-in!

WORKSHOP DETAILS
Half Acre Co. says "Half Acre is one of Chicago’s pioneering breweries. Founded in 2007, we originally brewed beer in Black River Falls, Wisconsin for the handful of Chicago bars and shops that would give us a go. Those early, educational days offered us the belief that we could build a brewery which would find support from the locals. Today we employ over 100 terrific humans at the Balmoral production brewery, which is also home to our taproom, beer garden and shop. It’s a space where we constantly try to elevate our understanding of what this all can be."
